The penalties for breaching safety regulations are simple

You will be disqualified from the games and probably the site without refund.

1. Ensure you listen to and take note of the safety brief given

2. Always follow the instructions of the Marshals and abide by their decisions.

3. Never fire anything other than the Paintballs provided.

4. Your goggles must be worn at all times once you leave the safety zone. GOGGLES ARE NEVER TO BE REMOVED FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER ON THE GAME FIELD OR FIRING RANGE.

5. Paint guns are NOT allowed in the Safe Zone. When not on the Game Field guns must remain on the racks provided. GUNS MUST NEVER ENTER THE SAFE ZONE FOR ANY REASON.

6. No Physical contact is permitted.

7. Do NOT shoot your guns at anyone not involved in the game.

8. Do NOT drink alcohol whilst on the game site. Do NOT smoke outside the Safe Zone.

9. Do NOT fire your gun once you leave the game field.

10. Do NOT leave the game fields during play. Stay within the defined boundaries.

11. Do NOT shoot at persons closer than 20ft.

12. Do NOT deliberately aim at the head or face.

13. No knives or weapons of any description are allowed on site.

14. No pyrotechnical devices are permitted other than those supplied by Combat Games Ltd or Camelot Events Ltd (Dorking).

15. Please respect the countryside and wildlife.

16. No climbing trees.

17. Paintballs that are purchased on site only will be permitted.

18. Whistle will be used in an emergency.

19. No shooting the marshals

INDEMNITY TO BE SIGNED BY THE PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN OF

CHILDREN PARTICIPATING AT Combat Games Ltd or Camelot Events Ltd (Dorking) PAINTBALL GAMES SITE

1. I, the undersigned acknowledge that I have read or have been made aware of the safety rules pertaining to the participation by my child in Combat Games Ltd or Camelot Events Ltd (Dorking), and that I understand these rules and accept the risks which are inherent in the participation in the aforementioned game.

2. I am aware and understand that participation in the game involves intensive physical and mental exertion. I warrant that my child is free from any medical condition that may endanger his/her life or well being or the life or well being of any other participant.

3. By my signature hereto, I undertake not to hold the proprietor of Combat Games Ltd or Camelot Events Ltd (Dorking) liable for any injury, loss or damage which I or my child might sustain whilst participating in the game whether on the range or not and howsoever arising irrespective of whether such loss, injury or damage can be attributed to any act or omission of an employee of Combat Games Ltd or Camelot Events Ltd (Dorking).

SAFETY RULES

PARTICIPANTS ARE ALWAYS REQUIRED TO WEAR THE SUPPLIED EYE PROTECTION CORRECTLY WHILST ON THE PLAYING FIELD.PARTICIPANTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SHOOT DELIBERATELY AT A PERSONS HEAD.

PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO GIVE AN OPPONENT THE CHANCE TO SURRENDER IF THE OPPONENT IS AT CLOSE QUARTERS OR UNILATERALLY BACKS OFF.

PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO CEASE FIRE AND TO STOP THE GAME IMMEDIATELY AND CALL THE RANGE MASTER IN THE EVENT OF THEM ENCOUNTERING A NON-PARTICIPANT ON THE RANGE.
